IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In submitting this Booking Form you:
- express an interest in displaying a listing for your business on the Blue Mountains Love wedding directory. Listings are are not confirmed until approved by Blue Mountains Love and payment is received in full, or as otherwise formally arranged with Blue Mountains Love, and directory listing terms and conditions have been met;
- confirm that you are an authorised representative of the above business and you agree to honour the directory listing rate applicable for a 12 month membership;
- confirm that you have full and explicit permission from the photographer(s) and subject(s) of any image you supply to Blue Mountains Love to be published in your directory listing on the Blue Mountains Love website;
- agree to Blue Mountains Love using the images you provide on its website, social media pages and marketing collateral;
- acknowledge that photo credits are unable to be included in your directory listing due to the limited character count unless you opt to utilise the allocated word count within your business overview for such a purpose;
- agree to Blue Mountains Love using images published on your social media page(s) nominated above for the purpose of promoting your business and general wedding venues, services and content on the Blue Mountains Love social media pages whereby your social media page will be credited; and
- acknowledge that we will subscribe you to our Newsletter distribution list so that we can keep you in loop on all the good stuff. You will have the option to unsubscribe, although we hope you won't want to. :-)
NEXT STEPS

We'll review your application and provided you meet the eligibility criteria we'll email an invoice to you for payment within seven days. Once payment has been received, along with your content, we'll create your directory listing. And just like that, you're live! We'll publish a welcome post on Facebook and Instagram that you can share.

Your business will be visible to loved up couples in no time at all!
