PWPL Initial Grant Report
All PWPL grant recipients must complete this form within 60 days of water project completion.

Those receiving PWPL grants for well projects are required to provide an update each year for two consecutive years (unless otherwise specified) after the completion of the water project in which they received funds.

Failure to report on previous grants as required disqualifies applicants from future grants.

I confirm the information in this report is accurate. I give permission to national WMU to use any images and stories included in this report for promotion of Pure Water, Pure Love. I also understand any unused funds should be sent back to national WMU.
