    Important Note: If you require a call out and the cause is due to your occupancy or not permitting access to a trades person or authority, then a fee will be incurred.

  • Before progressing further, please read the list below of common items that are often reported as defective but fall under maintenance/fair, wear and tear according to and dictated by the NSW Government of Fair Trading.

    • Intermittent Beeping from Smoke Detector - Battery needs replacing (tenant responsibility during tenancy)
    • Cosmetic Cracks/Fractures in concrete & masonry (wear and tear)
    • Light isn't working - Globe needs replacing (tenants responsibility during tenancy)
    • Pest control (tenants responsibility during tenancy)

    If any of your items fall within the list above, do not submit the maintenance request as it will be rejected.
