Any employee who refers a candidate for a full-time position at Preiss will receive a $350.00 bonus if:
- the candidate is hired and remains employed for ninety (90) days
- the referring employee and candidate are employed at the time of the pay-out
Any employee who refers a candidate for a Seasonal Turn Help position at Preiss will receive a $200.00 bonus if:
- the candidate is hired and successfully completes the assigned tasks for the duration of turn/move-in employment period as identified by the Property Manager
- the referring employee is employed at the time of the pay-out
The referral bonus will not apply if:
- the candidate is an active employee of the company or a rehire
- the Employee Referral Form is not submitted to Human Resources prior to the candidate's start date
- the candidate does not identify the referring employee as a reference on their employment application
Preiss reserves the right to change, alter, or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice.
