Employee Referral Form

Any employee who refers a candidate for a full-time position at Preiss will receive a $350.00​ bonus if:​

• the candidate is hired and remains employed for ninety (90) days
• the referring employee and candidate are employed at the time of the pay-out

Any employee who refers a candidate for a Seasonal Turn Help position at Preiss will receive a $200.00​ bonus if:

• the candidate is hired and successfully completes the assigned tasks for the duration of turn/move-in employment period as identified by the Property Manager
• the referring employee is employed at the time of the pay-out

The referral bonus will not​ apply if:​        

• the candidate is an active employee of the company or a rehire
• the Employee Referral Form is not submitted to Human Resources prior to the candidate's start date
• the candidate does not identify the referring employee as a reference on their employment application
