    Full Season Vendor =  22 weeks  (May 6 - Oct 11, 2025)

    Guest Vendor =  5 week block 

    Pop-Up Vendor = 1 date only

    Community Agriculture Booth = maximum 3 days per location


    MINDEN

    Full Season Vendor:

                  Single size (10 x10 ) booth:  $400
                  Double size (10 x 20) booth: $750

    Guest Vendor:

                  Single size (10 x10 ) booth:  $150

    Pop-Up Vendor:

                  Single size (10x10) booth:    $40 per day ($50 on holiday weekends)

    Community Agriculture Booth:

                  Single size (10x10) booth:    $20 per day

     

    HALIBURTON

    Full Season Vendor:

                   Single size (10 x10 ) booth:  $510
                   Double size (10 x 20) booth: $860

    Guest Vendor:

                   Single size (10 x10 ) booth:   $175

    Pop-Up Vendor:

                   Single size (10x10) booth:     $45 per day

    Community Agriculture Booth:

                   Single size (10x10) booth:     $25 per day

     

    Vendors who commit to the full season will be given preference.

    Only products listed here may be sold at the market.  Any products that are not made or grown by the applicant must be noted here as such and require approval to be sold at market. Should you wish to add more products to your sales during market season, each item will require HCFMA Board approval.

  • SHARING OF SPACE: Is only permitted with board approval. An application from each vendor is required, accompanied by a $25 application fee from each vendor. Only one table fee is required if approved.
