Booking Form – Wedding Car Hire Services

To help us to make your Special Day run smoothly Amore Wedding Cars invites you to complete the information requested below, and either e-mail back to the Team via jon@amoreweddingcarshitchin.co.uk.

If you have already been in contact with the Company to request a Quote for your Wedding Car Hire Services, and have received confirmation from the Company that the date is available, and the Wedding Car you prefer is also available, then please complete all sections below. If you need any help, or need to clarify anything regarding this Booking Form, please do not hesitate to contact a Member of the Team on 07379 470745.

If you have not already received a Quote please use the Quote Form on the Company Website www.amoreweddingcarshitchin.co.uk or ring 07379 470745, and a member of the Team can arrange for you to receive a bespoke Quote, based on your specific needs. Once you have received the Quote, and confirmation that the date and Vehicle are available please complete the Booking Form.

Please be aware Bookings can only be accepted, and confirmed, when a deposit has been received, and the Booking Form signed and returned by the Hirer, and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Company will reply to confirm receipt of the Booking Form, together with the receipt of the non-refundable Deposit of £100, which will form the Contract between you and the Company for the delivery of the Wedding Car Hire Services. Please read the Terms and Conditions contained on the footer of the Company Website.

Please select the choice of Jaguar Luxury Car (photographs are contained on the Company Website) or the hire of both Jaguars from £300 and the journey for each vehicle on the day, including any onward journey; for example, Home address to the Wedding Ceremony and then onward to the Wedding Reception. Please indicate who needs collecting (Bride/Bridesmaids/Special Guests) and from which Collection Address (including Post Code) and at what time. Please provide a contact telephone number for the Chauffeur to use to confirm arrival at the address.

Once your Booking Form has been received by Amore Cars and they have confirmed all of the required information has been received then an Invoice will be e-mailed to the named person Booking the Wedding Car(s) requesting payment of the £100 deposit, which will be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Alternatively payment can also be made using a secure NatWest Link, which can be sent by Amore Cars to the Customer, by e-mail, or text to their mobile. Please e-mail Jon, using the below e-mail address, to request the Link.

Cheques will not be accepted. An Invoice for the Final full payment will be sent 28 days prior to the date of the Wedding.

Once you have completed all the relevant sections please sign the Booking Form, confirm the method of payment, and either post back to the Amore Wedding Cars address shown on the Invoice, or e-mail the Booking Form back to the Team at jon@amoreweddingcarshitchin.co.uk.
