USM is providing promotional voucher to waive the processing fee subject to the below conditions.

i. Voucher is given out during promotional period.
ii. Only candidates with at least minimum academic qualifications can be considered.
iii. Each candidate cannot request for more than ONE voucher.
iv. Voucher is not transferable or exchange to cash.
