College Registration

We will be utilizing StriveScan’s 6×6 Virtual College Fair format.

Registration fee: $125 for members / $150 for non-members

• Your registration fee includes 1 fair: March 24 or 25
• OACAC Members: You must be a current member and logged in to the member website prior to registering to receive your discount. Discounts or refunds will not be provided retroactively.

Instructions: 

• Having a second representative is optional, but can be helpful especially to respond to student questions in the chat during the presentation
• Each presenter will be added to the webinar and will receive their own unique link to join the webinar as a Panelist

You will be assigned to a 45-minute time slot 5:00-7:45 PM Eastern on either Wednesday or Thursday

Time Slot Assignment
After college registration closes, the fair coordinators will assign colleges to a specific session time slot and presentation order within that session. Your time slot assignment and grouping with other colleges are at the sole discretion of the fair coordinators.

If you have any special considerations, please note them below for the fair coordinators. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed and registration fees are non-refundable.
