You are welcome to return items purchased in our online store using this form, providing:

It is within 14 days of receiving your order (as per the tracking info)
Swing Tag must still be ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT & it is original condition

If the swing tag is not attached, your return will not be accepted and the item will be returned at the customers expense. It is in your best interest to take a photo of the garment clearly showing that the swing tag is attached to avoid any dispute.

Some intimate apparal are excluded from returns eg knickers, stockings, wigs, bodysuits.
