What do you find most rewarding about teaching yoga?
The ways in which we share the practice of yoga has changed dramatically. What experience if any do you have sharing classes via Mindbody software, youtube, IG live and/or other broadcasting tools?
Describe the extent and nature of spiritual guidance or spiritual instruction that you would TYPICALLY include in a yoga class. Provide an example. How does this compare with what you would PREFER to include in a yoga class? If they are different, please explain why.
What do you find most challenging about teaching yoga?
Hypothetical situation: Samantha comes to your class once a week. She also is a runner, and she has severely tight hamstrings. She complains about pain in forward extensions and cannot sit upright on the floor with straight legs (e.g. a 90 degree angle between straight legs and upright torso.) What advice might you give her either in class or outside of class?
