Inbound Scenarios
- No appointment=No detention
- Start time for detention is the start of the driver’s arrival (If within the one-hour period), after that no detention is offered
Outbound Scenarios
- Start time for detention is the start of the driver’s arrival (If within the one-hour period), after that no detention is offered
- No appointment=No detention
- Same Day Repack=No detention
- Same Day Order Receipt=No detention
- Same Day Revisions to order=No detention
- If a driver arrives early for their appointment, Detention is not started until three hours after their scheduled appointment time
DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR SAME LOAD! Detention applies only to loads shipped after April 1, 2022
