What is your MAIN goal for 2022?
Have you sussed out the goals planner in the DOWNLOADS section of the BBB app? Your goal should be straight to the point. It's not just "I want to be healthier" - that's too vague. HOW will you be healthier? E.g. I will walk daily, I will commit to a training program, etc.

The key to your progress is building HABITS. One of the biggest things getting in the way of progress is not tracking your intake accurately. REMEMBER - there is no "right/wrong." Your targets are a guideline - sometimes you may miss a workout, you may go over your calories, you may not hit your water intake. Consistency over perfection! This is why I have developed the daily ticks HABIT STACKER - you will download this below. It's about getting as many ticks as possible, not being perfect.

Your daily habits check list in the BBB app - like a little daily reflection. Repeated behaviours become habits.. This is to be completed DAILY - the number one thing that stops people from seeing progress is not building habits. Over time, as you tick these boxes, it gets easier and easier and before you know it, it's EFFORTLESS. This is the key to long term success! I notice a lot of people do their daily habits Mon-Thurs and then ease off on weekends - this is a key aspect right here and shows inconsistency and often the reason as to why you're not progressing. Do you understand the need for this?

TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS - this is done through uploading your photos, as well as your mindset and how you FEEL. There is NEVER to be any embarrassment with photos. We ALL start somewhere and your progress is best seen through these photos! Have you uploaded your photos in the app yet?

Another important part of the process is your accountability - completing your check in allows for personal reflection, along with allowing ME to see what we can alter in order to make the process 10000x easier. Steps are a huge factor in your energy output (expending energy). This is why it's one of the HUGE habits that I encourage hitting daily! It sets the foundation for your progress and is a major aspect of ensuring that you're hitting your goals consistently. 10,000 steps is a goal not only in PROGRESS, but also in HEALTH! As well as stacking this habit with being outdoors and getting vitamin D and mental clarity. Pop a podcast on and go for it. How do you intend to hit your daily 10,000 steps? Is this an EASY goal for you?
