All Vendor Space is $75-$100. This is a 100% rustic outside event and will not have any power.

Vendor space for $75Vendor space over 10 x 10 $100BRONZE $25 gets you 2 Day Passes, listed on the sponsorship page on our website, and at least 2 Facebook blasts on both pages and on InstagramSILVER $100 gets you 5 Day Passes, listed on the sponsorship page on the website, a small promo video on Facebook, and at least 3 Facebook blast on both pages and on InstagramGold $150 gets you 10 Day Passes, listed on the sponsorship page on the website, A GreyBeard Talks To interview posted on Facebook and YouTube, a small promo video on Facebook, and at least 4 Facebook blasts on both pages and on Instagram.
GreyBeards Viking Experience reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor from participating in any event.

The vendor agrees to acknowledge and hold harmless GreyBeards Viking Experience, it’s member, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property, personal injury, or loss caused by the vendor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

The vendor assumes absolute responsibility and liability for all injury to any persons, property or in any ways connected with the vendor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.

Vendor fees are non-refundable but are transferable to anther comparable event.
