• Next of Kin Information Checklist

  • This is a check list in preparation of the burial. As the authorised next of Kin you must go through each of these, tick off as understood and agreed, discuss any procedures if unclear. Should you have any specific requests or wishes please advise, discuss and document these. Muslim Burial rites and rituals vary from other traditional burial processes, so if you do not undertstand any, kindly discuss with our team when arrangements are being made.

We aim to provide the most professional service, within Sunni Islamic principles, and will attempt to accommodate most requests provided they do not contravene Islamic practice. Should we be unable to assist, then the Next of Kin may make these arrangements personally, and if the requests fall outside of Sunni Islamic parctice then we regret. that we may recommend that you seek an alternate service provider.

MFS in the context of this list refers to Muslim Funeral Services Ltd, and it’s Directors, employees and volunteers.
