Our studio honors, respects, and values your time. We ask that all guest adhere to our salon policies detailed below. Please keep in mind that appointment reservations are scheduled based on the time needed for the stylist to complete the service.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS/NO SHOWS
A 24 hr. notice is required prior to canceling or rescheduling appointments. Guests who fail to provide a 24hr notice will forfeit paid deposit or result in a fee of no less than 50% of the scheduled service. All fees must be paid prior to the scheduling future appointments. Please note failure to provide any notice altogether is considered a No Show as well as a late cancellation. Non-compliance and abuse of these appointment policies may result in our right to refuse service. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.*

REFILL POLICY
Natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your initial full set, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. We reserve the right to deny service to clients with less than 15 extensions per eye. These clients will be advised a full set application is required. If it has been more than 4 weeks since your last appointment, a minimum PLUS refill will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining.*
