Important steps

Please read the following before proceeding to the next page.

STEP 1: Graduation Attendance and Registration fee
All graduation fees must be settled with the university prior to gown collection.
If Creative District does not have the names provided by the university or institution, we cannot issue the gown until all graduation fees have been settled.

STEP 2: Must Register Gown Online
Please proceed to register for gown rental and photo packages (if any). You will receive an auto generated email once the form has been successfully submitted.

STEP 3: Please verify your email inbox
If you did not receive the confirmation email immediately, please check your junk and spam folders first. If it's still not there, please reach out to us immediately.

STEP 5: In person Collection, Returning, Payment and Fitting
In person collection:
In-person collection of gowns is highly encouraged for graduands to ensure a better fit. Any sizing inaccuracies can be rectified at the studio. However, if someone collects the gown on behalf of the graduand and there is the need to exchange, please note that there will be an additional charge of S$20 for dry cleaning and sanitization of the collected gown.

Return on behalf:
If someone is returning the academic gown on behalf of the graduand, please ensure they bring both the receipt and an authorization form. These documents are necessary to process the refundable deposit.

Rental & Purchase :
All Rental/Purchases must be made at Creative District Pte Ltd only.
Regarding purchases, we require a minimum of 2-3 weeks after graduation to prepare (subject to availability).

LOCATION FOR GOWN COLLECTION PERIOD:
1093 Lower Delta, #02-09, Singapore 169204.
No walk-ins. Strictly by appointment only.
Walk-in customers without an appointment may be required to wait 1–2 hours, depending on crowd conditions.

TIME FOR GOWN COLLECTION PERIOD:
18th - 21st May (Mon - Thu): 11am to 7pm
*22nd May (Fri): 11am to 5pm
*Mainly catered for overseas students who only reach Singapore 1 day prior.

Normal Operation Hour for PHOTOSHOOT:
Monday to Friday : 10am to 7pm
Saturday : 10am to 5pm
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

PLEASE NOTE:

Please select the option based on

1) Please confirm your qualification before proceeding with booking a time slot for your gown collection. If you cannot select a date or time within the specified period, that slot is already fully booked.

2) Any alterations to the date or time will be treated as a walk-in. Please be aware that walk-in collection may result in extended waiting times, as priority will be given to those who have scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment with us.

TO NOTE:
Please note that group bookings are discouraged, particularly due to concerns about studio overcrowding amidst the ongoing pandemic.
Academic Dress Hire Type & Gown Rental Fees*
CASH payment is preferred. For transactions made using NETS or CREDIT CARD, there will be an additional charge of S$5.00 per transaction.

To extend your gown rental, kindly specify the number of extra days needed in the box below. Please note that there will be additional charges for extensions.
(The fee for extending gown hire is $50.00 per day. You can either pre-book now or inform us during gown collection.)
To provide a comfortable and efficient experience, gown collection is strictly by appointment to minimise overcrowding and waiting time.

Please remember to choose your preferred date and time for gown collection. Please note that date and time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Overseas Students who could not adhere to the dates given, please choose the special request option and email us at enquiry@creativedistrict.com.sg with flight ticket details. We will prepare the academic dress accordingly and it can be collected on Graduation Day at the convocation venue (Overseas Students only).
Gown Collection Time
Please note that group booking is not encouraged especially due to the current COVID-19 situation. Do also check your email/junk mail within 2-3 workings day to confirm the time slot availability. You may contact us 3-5 days later if you do not receive a reply.

*Only for international students with valid air ticket. Late Return Policy:All gowns must be returned by 27 May 2026. A late return surcharge of $100.00 per day will apply for any gown returned after the stated date.Photo Collection:Resume, stage and group photographs will be available for collection starting 25 May 2026, from 2:00 PM onwards.

Authorisation for Collection or Return on Behalf:
If you are unable to collect or return the gown personally, you may authorise a representative to do so on your behalf.
A printed or emailed authorisation letter must be provided. Without proper authorisation, we will not release the gown or process the refundable deposit.

2. Collection of Academic Dress:
If any cap, gown, or sash is exchanged or changed after collected, a dry-cleaning fee of S$20 per piece will apply.
The information provided by me is true, complete, and accurate.I understand that full academic regalia must be worn for entry and participation in the graduation ceremony. The regalia must be provided by the officially appointed gown provider.Creative District has been appointed as the official academic gown provider and studio for the Graduation Ceremony. I acknowledge that it is mandatory to rent and wear the designated academic gown and sash from the appointed provider to participate in the ceremony.I understand that graduands may be denied entry to the ceremony or prevented from proceeding on stage if the academic dress worn is not appropriate or not issued by the appointed provider.I acknowledge that photographs and video recordings will be taken during the event for documentation, news, publicity, and promotional purposes, and I consent to the use of such materials without further notice.I understand that external photographers are not permitted inside the ballroom or ceremony venue.I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated above.I confirm that I have reviewed the arrangements for the Kaplan Diploma Graduation Class of 2026 and Portrait Photography, and I will contact the relevant department should I require clarification.
