As stated in the parade rules, all units throwing items (candy, water, promotional items etc.) from moving vehicles will result in immediate removal from the parade. Violaters will also be LIABLE for any injuries caused by their refusal to follow this policy. Individuals walking along the sides of the parade route is the ONLY acceptable way to hand items to the crowd.
