Job Title: Digital Strategy Associate
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing strategist to develop multi-channel organic and paid digital marketing plans for our clients.
In this role, you will:
Translate our client’s goals and issues into concise, relatable bites of content through the use of graphics, video and other engaging content. Content that is produced will be informative and still retain an authentic voice.
Develop audiences for clients and guide them through the conversion funnel.
With the Accounts team, propose digital campaigns on social media, email and digital paid advertising.
Monitor and report on engagement and analytics to provide deeper insights to clients.
Know what’s new, exciting and ethical in the world of online marketing trends and services and share those findings with the Mosaic team.
The digital marketing strategist reports to the Accounts Department Manager. This job requires flexibility in work schedule, generally aligning to Eastern Time zone business hours between 9:30 and 6 pm. Occasional additional evening and weekend work may be needed in peak campaign cycles and in the lead up to special events.

Develop and execute multi-channel strategy: Proactively schedule and post content at optimal times for engagement. Manage inboxes and comment feeds as needed. Propose, execute and review email campaigns as needed.
Plan and develop content: Write, design and produce inspiring language and visuals in alignment with our client’s brand and goals in mind. This includes conducting research and providing content curation in addition to creation.
Monitoring, reporting and testing: Conduct regular testing to analyze content and messaging effectiveness. Create analytic reports that indicate engagement and growth that help demonstrate reporting in an approachable and easy to understand format.
Oversee online ad campaigns: Work with the project team on the execution and implementation of online-ad strategies for clients. This includes the creation of audiences, ad budgets, suggested ad creatives and timeline.

5+ years related digital experience in a marketing, analyst or consulting capacity
Experience developing, planning, launching and analyzing digital campaigns
Ability to develop performance-based marketing dashboards and communicate the implications clearly and concisely
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Google Analytics, CRM Software, Google Apps and Excel
Deep understanding of conversion funnels; experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests and landing pages
Experience creating and managing paid media campaigns on Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager.
Demonstrated capacity for full-charge “ownership” of program or administrative areas that are integral to day-to-day social media functions.
Attention to detail, flexibility and demonstrated capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to distill complicated ideas into digestible content.
Strong interest in social impact and justice issues and demonstrated experience working on those or similar issues.
Must have ability to succeed in a remote office environment, including working with an off-site manager, adopting and maintaining strong digital security practices, and fostering connection and community with colleagues.
No minimum education is required, a bachelor's degree may be an indicator of project management capacity.
Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

Salary Range: $60,000 - 65,000 + Benefits
