Special Event Party Booking Form

Book with RYDE

This contract, along with the deposit for an event at RYDE Dance Studios and is required in order to secure a booking. Booking is on a first come basis. Submission of this contract guarantees a reservation. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the contract and deposit are received in full. Balance is due within 3-days of rental. No refunds on the day of the event if booking Ultimate Dance Party. You may choose a different day if something happens beyond your control. *All terms are negotiable.
