NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT*

To book an appointment you will have to leave a NON REFUNDABLE deposit that goes towards your tattoo - amount dependant on the size of the project & the chosen artist.

RESCHEDULING*

Can happen up to 2 times per project given at least 7 days - one week notice prior to the appointment date, otherwise you will lose your deposit. Kindly refer to our policy section for any additional information

DESIGNS*

If you would like to apply changes & additions to your chosen concept and design, the artist should be informed AT LEAST 10 days prior the appointment date. Additional design time may be charged for last minute change of mind. Most of our artists do not send out the design prior to the appointment UNLESS otherwise specified by the artist directly.

PREPARATION*

Please come prepared for your tattoo; - Come in sober - have a good night sleep and a healthy breakfast - take a shower - wear black - dress comfortably and appropriately - bring some snacks/lunch for long sessions of 4+ hours - stay hydrated - bring a book/prepare a podcast to pass the time - and enjoy the process!

NUMBING CREAM*

We sell numbing cream at the studio at 44$, if you would like to have a pain-free session, please stop by to buy our Zensa Numbing cream, or come in 1 hour earlier top buy a tube and apply it before your session.You can also apply it during your session.

HEALTH*

You will not be pregnant or nursing, sunburnt, or taking antibiotics. You do not have surgery or you aren't in and out of the hospital 1-2 months before and after your tattoo, you do not have any broken bones that are healing at the moment, no heart disease, infections, blood or skin disorder, skin problems, diabetes, seizures, and if you do, you have a doctors note specifying that you can get this tattoo.

We do not copy other tattoos, but create our own version out of photo references with minor or big changes depending on the reference given, unless the tattoo is a symbol, number, font, portrait, or an unchangeable famous figure. You can always get written consent from the original artist and send it over to us.
