2257 Compliant Model Agreement
This is a contract between me, the undersigned Model (hereafter "Model"), and HFF MEDIA, INC, (hereafter “HFF”) an S-Corp owned and operated by Ryan James Abraham under the stage name HungerFF. I, the model, voluntarily authorize the creation and use of photographs, video, electronic and digital reproductions in any form of my person in the production of material that may be sexually explicit in nature (hereafter "Content"). I hereby give all clearances, copyright and otherwise, for use of my stage name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performances embodied in the Content. I expressly release and indemnify all co-Models, employees, agents, and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected to the above granted uses and representations. The rights granted herein are perpetual and worldwide and survive my death. Each party acknowledges that they shall mutually own all rights, title, and interest, including the copyright, of the Content created as a result of this agreement. No Model shall sell or otherwise transfer any Content ownership or rights without the express written consent of all Models and/or other parties involved in the creation of the Content. Each party shall make all media recordings (including raw footage and promotional pictures) that occur as a result of this contract mutually accessible and available in a prompt manner for all co-stars to access. When available, models will use features such as Airdrop to exchange content before departure. If this fails, HFF will promptly upload to a home server (MyCloud) copies of all raw, unedited material for models to download at their leisure. In this directory, models will find copies of their 2257 Documentation, final copies of edited material with HUNGERFF.COM branding, (unwatermarked/nude copies of the final edits), screen shots and other promotional material. The raw footage contained shall not be released nor distributed under any circumstances, with the exception of brief promotional clips created for sites like Twitter. Models shall come to a mutually agreeable understanding as to who is responsible for editing the raw footage and delivering final, un-watermarked copies to all involved parties. These un-watermarked copies are subject to approval by all parties. Delivery of final product can range anywhere from 30 calendar days but not to exceed 90 calendar days. I, the Model, affirm that I will only share the Content on sites with paywalls (i.e. OnlyFans) or for paid download (i.e. ManyVids) and will not make the Content available for free on any platform other than for the express purpose of advertising and promotion (i.e. Twitter). I will make all reasonable attempts to accurately identify and promote any and all co-Models in all the places where I may share the Content, including with the inclusion of their username and/or stage name in titles and/or descriptions. If Content is stolen, pirated, or otherwise shared by parties other than those mentioned in this Contract, I will make all reasonable and good-faith attempts to secure its prompt removal. However, I am not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of said unauthorized piracy. I, the Model, understand that HFF (operating under the username HungerFF) may share the Content created as a result of this Contract across multiple platforms including but not limited to: JustFor.Fans, OnlyFans, ModelHub, ManyVids, xTube, and HungerFF.com. HFF agrees that the Content will only be shared behind paywalls or for paid download with the exception of short excerpts for the express purpose of promotion (i.e on Twitter). HFF will make all reasonable attempts to identify and cross-promote all co-Models and other parties involved in the creation of the Content. HFF will make a good faith effort to prevent piracy and other unauthorized sharing of the Content, and to promptly secure the removal of any pirated Content, however HFF is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of stolen Content. I, the Model, will not use or reveal in any way any personal information, such as legal names, personal addresses, or any other private data of any co-Model without the expressed written consent of said co-Model. I affirm that there is no exchange nor expectation of money nor any other compensation from any party involved in or related to the creation of this Content, nor is there any other contract in existence other than this consent form. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Contract, that I am not restricted by any commitments to any other parties, and that co-Models will have no financial commitment or obligations as a result of this Agreement. I take responsibility for my personal health at all times. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ask the health status of all co-Models. I affirm that I am not under the influence of any substance, legal or illegal, which could impair my judgement or actions in any way. I further affirm that I am entering into this Contract willingly and free from any form of coercion. This consent agreement covers all material produced between January 1st and December 31st, 2021. If at any point after the signing of this contract the model rescinds consent, a hand signed letter must be delivered to HFF MEDIA INC at 1601 NW 2nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33311. This letter will serve as a termination of this agreement as of the date delivered, however all content created prior to delivery (even if not yet posted) will remain bound by the terms of this agreement. I, the below-signed Model, do hereby certify and swear that the information on this form is true and correct and that I agree with all the above terms.
