2021 Annual Conference Student Chair Application
This form, and all supporting materials, is due by January, December 18, 2021 at 11:59pm Eastern. Interviews will be held with the 2021 Annual Conference Chair and Advisor the week of January 25. Once confirmed into the role, the selected candidates will immediately become active members of 2021 Annual Conference Staff and will be responsible for fulfilling the duties of the position. They will serve in the role through the conference wrap-up process. Will you have an internship, be student teaching, etc. during the 2020-2021 academic year? If so, please list your commitment as well as the anticipated time commitment.

Please list all NACURH-affiliated conferences you have attended, including years (i.e. SWACURH RLC 2018, NACURH 2019).
