Business Program Terms & Conditions
The Rag Company Business Program Agreement is entered into by and between The Rag Company and all parties accepted into The Rag Company Business Program. This agreement becomes effective on the date all required Business Program forms and support documentation have been received and accepted by The Rag Company Business Program administrators.
The Rag Company Business Program is designed for our customers that own a business, manage a business, or purchase for a business. All parties that are accepted into the Rag Company Business Program are required to abide by the following rules and regulations. Non-compliance or failure to follow
the outlined requirements may result in permanent removal from The Rag Company Business Program.
All parties interested in participating in The Rag Company Business Program MUST:
- Not list or sell any of The Rag Company branded products on Amazon. All The Rag Company’s branded products are strictly prohibited from being sold on Amazon by parties other than The Rag Company (TRC Manages those exclusively). If any party violates the sale of The Rag Company products on Amazon, you will be removed from the Dealer Program as well as subject to any and all legal repercussions.
- Only place orders for the business listed on this account with the intent of using or reselling all products that are purchased. Un-taxed purchases made for external organizations or personal use are strictly not permitted.
- Represent The Rag Company brand positively. If at any time it is determined that you or your company are not representing The Rag Company in a positive manner on Social Media, Online Forums, Online Videos, etc., you may be removed from the program depending upon the results of an internal review by The Rag Company management. The Rag Company reserves the right to all final decisions related to brand representation.
