Non-Refundable MODEL Fee and Move up fees*

Yes, I agree to pay the full model fee. I understand it is non refundable even if i decide after the fact to cancel any appointments or that I no longer want Hair Extensions. I understand that I will come in for my agreed move up appointments at the model pricing or i will be required to pay full price for the install service.

I Understand that Hair Extensions take time, and my appointment can be anywhere from 4-6 hours depending on my rows and color service.

I understand this service will be preformed by an assistant stylist at Studio H Salon, and understand that although this person is fully certified in Extensions and they are working on getting more hands on experience with Extensions.

FIRST SERVICE: Your first service will include the following: Full hair makeover to achieve desired look.

IN RETURN FOR DISCOUNTED SERVICE: You will be Photographed and or filmed for content videos. Photos will also be taken before during and after the service. These Videos and Photos are and will be used for Studio H Salon Marketing Material.

MODEL REQUIREMENTS: We ask you make a post on Instagram and tag Your stylist & Heather ! Talk about your experience with extensions & Studio H Salon. ie:( styling, wear, active, lifestyle etc.) and what Hair Extensions have done for you or why you love them! ( confidence, appearance, extra time, etc. )

NEW INSTALL SERVICE: Model pricing is 1/2 price, depending on rows and length. This pricing is non negotiable or refundable.

ONGOING MAINTENANCE SERVICES: These will be every 6-8weeks. You will be required to schedule at least TWO move up appointments at Studio H Salon. Your first TWO Move ups will be at a discounted rate, YOU WILL RECIEVE $100 OFF each of your first two move up services. For all move up appointments you will be charged the normal pricing of $350-$600 depending on the amount of rows you have. If you decided to remove your hair extensions at any time, you will need to come back to Studio H Salon for the removal process ( fees will apply). If you decide to remove your extensions before your two move up appointments, you( the client)will need to pay out the reminder of the appointments or the balance owed for full price of a new install.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT: If at any time I am unhappy with my service /do not like the extension method I received, I will in no way exploit my concern / unhappiness. I will simply choose not to promote and have the stylist remove my extensions at once. I understand that exploiting unhappiness could affect the stylist career and extension business. I hereby agree that I have a good intention in this collaboration and want nothing but both parties to gain good exposure.*
