Youth in Philanthropy teaches the next generation about community giving and philanthropy. Can high school students be philanthropists? Why or why not?
*
Our YIP Team is focused on serving the Lakes Community. What kinds of things do you think people your age need from your community?
If you could choose one project involving a new or existing building/facility or an improvement to one of our community resources, what would you choose? Why do you think this would make an important lasting positive impact in our area?
*
Youth in Philanthropy raises money for grants steered by student decision. Each student receives contribution forms and training to ask family, neighbors and/or businesses for money to support your YIP Grants. Are you willing to participate in fundraising for vital capital projects?
