15. Consultations are scheduled on Sunday afternoons. Please list three dates and time(s) that you would be available for your consultation.

16. If you would like to schedule a cake tasting with your consultation, you may choose up to 3 cake flavors to taste onsite or take home and taste after the consultation (whichever you prefer). Each cake will be provided with basic butter cream. You will be able to sample cream cheese buttercream or any other frosting or fillings of your choice (please request in advance).The cost for tasting is $50 which will be applied to your wedding cake total should you decide to book your wedding date with us.

What to expect at your consultation Your consultation will be scheduled for an hour block of time. Please be prompt to have the most amount of time to discuss your cake. We will go over your answers to this questionnaire and discuss the theme of your wedding as well as look over examples or pictures that you may bring with you. I will sketch out a design or two based on your input and pictures. If you have opted to do a tasting, you will be provided with up to 3 single layer 4" cakes to take home with you. At the end of the consultation, you will be provided with a quote for your wedding cake which will be good for up to 1 week ( 5 days) after the consultation.

If you decide to include us in your special day, you will be provided with a contract that will outline all design, flavors, itemized charges, include sketches, etc. If you opted for a tasting, the $50 charge will be applied to your cake order. A 50%, non-refundable, down payment is required at contract signing to hold your date and quoted price. The remaining 50% payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of your order and loss of your down payment.
