INFORMATION: PLEASE READ THORUGHLY
➛ I am wanting to move towards: FLOW / DEPTH
(feel free use the number associated with each category when filling out the form below) Do not have to feel limited to these concepts and encourage you to still submit your original idea!
1. Flow-based ornamental pieces, including primarily line work, geometry and nature elements. I would like to begin darkening my designs with heavier line weights, and more shading. Just by a notch or two.
2. Point-ornament style (dot focused) with creative freedom.
3. Architecture based designs; Doorways, staircases, art nouveau styles, stone structures, statues, iron gates, art nouveau styles, large scale or small scale.
4. Large scale, flow-based abstract botanicals that incorporate freehand line work in alignment with your specific body shape. This would require an in person consultation, post accepting the project.
5. Pattern work /embroidery inspired pieces. This is a great collaboration opportunity, send me your favorite embroidery designs, doilies, quilt patterns, cross stitch, etc. and I'll do my spin on it.
6. White ink smaller scale symbols. This is something I've been wanting to explore more of for a while now. Please keep in mind white ink will only work on certain complextions (for the sustainablity and integrity of the healed tattoo. It is prone to yellowing or falling out completely on some skin tones.)
7. Celtic inspired knotwork, patternwork, etc. covering larger areas to represent protection and armor.
Placements of interest: large scale areas such as stomach and full back, shins, side of head, hands, chest, shoulder flows, full sleeves, hip flows, parallel buttocks flows, a design that connects multiple parts of the body (Ex: a design on the ribs that connects to a piece on the forearm)

➛ My process is intuitive, a natural balance of your intention and my vision. A conversation, hopefully not just a transaction. I'm creating art for you, before we even begin the etching. Please keep this in mind when you decide to book with me. I'm trusting you to trust me. Please be as clear as possible when describing your vision, this includes but not limited too.. stylistic details, honest limits, points of importance, abstract elements, realistic sizing, etc.
➛ I don't typically send out the draft before the session, but absoutely will accommodate if there's anxiety, or if it's a larger scale concept. I can only provide the draft two days before the session.
➛ Once we confirm the imagery/design and you send a deposit, you cannot change the concept. If you feel like you need to do this, I will require an additional deposit, as I often begin designing weeks ahead. Please be sure about what you want when booking with me.
➛ I cannot accept every project that comes through, but still encourage you to try again in the next round if I can't fit you in. ♥
➛ I do not have a waitlist, I have tried doing this before and it doesn't feel aligned with my process. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience or if you've been wanting work from me for a while.
➛ I will never tattoo the same design twice nor replicate another's art (unless the concept is in essence, matching).
➛ There is a requirement of a $250 deposit drawing fee to hold your appointment. After we discuss + pin down the day to tattoo, you can send that through Venmo (Lydia-Marquis) ! Our session is not confirmed without this. Please simply write your full name in the transaction, do not say "deposit" or "tattoo". The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo the day of. Unfortunately, deposits are strictly non-refundable; if you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact me 48 hours in advance and the deposit will be moved to another day. Rescheduling two times is fine, but anymore beyond that I will require an additional deposit.
➛ I charge $250 an hour; as flexible as I've been with this pricing in the past, I will be holding more firm to compensate for the energy I put into each piece. If we are beginning a larger scale project, that requires multiple days; I will most likely offer discounts/cap the price during the consultation. ♥
➛ Please note that my minimum is $400.
