- Include the pilot's name, city/state, age, rating or accomplishment, instructor, club or FBO & location, etc.
- Entries with multiple persons being mentioned are allowed the same minimum and maximum per pilot mentioned.
- Clearly identify everyone shown in photos.
- Ensure that the text includes; Who, What, When, and Where.
