Terms and Conditions
Packaging
Each of my sugar cookies,pretzels and oreos are packed individually and heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness unless otherwise stated. All other Sweet Treats are packed in boxes. Labels on bags and/or box state the variety and known allergens. Sweets are placed inside bakery boxes for easier transport.
Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar. Dates are only reserved when your retainer fee has been paid.
Decorated sugar cookies by the dozen will need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks out from your event. Singles can typically be made and available with 5 days notice.
With the exception of Holiday themed cookie kits, PYO cookies or love boxes. These only require a 3 day notice.
Quotes
I am happy to give quotes on orders. Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas. I can not offer copyrighted images and/or characters. I also will not exactly replicate another baker’s work.
Placing an order
After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable, transferable dependent on my availability) is due within 48 hours of confirming your order. I will send you an invoice with details of your order. Failure to pay your retainer fee cancels your order. Feel free to reach out to me if you are having difficulty making the payment.
Final payment (remaining 50%) is due on delivery/pick up day. If you cancel or fail to pick up your order by agreed time and date, Your retainer fee will NOT be refunded and will NOT be transferable to a different date.
Orders ( excluding cookie kits, pre-made single cookies and Love boxes) placed less than 1 weeks before event date will require 100% payment up front and may be subject to a 25% rush fee.
Payment options
Deposit payments will be made using Square. I will send you an invoice. The balance can be paid in the same way or cash, Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. I do not accept checks, or PayPal.
Change an order
Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees.
Cancel an order
Canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following cancellation date. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled one week or closer to event will receive no credit.
If I must cancel an order due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Delivery and pick up
Orders may be delivered at a public agreed location or they may be picked up at my house. If you choose to pick up your order, I will provide my address when scheduling pickup time. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. My schedule is busy and although I maybe at home, I do not have time to wait on you. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. I will reach out a final time 24 hours after your pickup time has passed. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 48 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.
Order release and cookie care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. All sweet treats are fragile and it is important to handle them with care.
Payment of your retainer/deposit indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions. A copy will be texted or emailed to you as well.
