  • Please note this is an INQUIRY for a quote on your request. If you accept our quote, an invoice will be sent as soon as possible for the non-refundable retainer payment of 50% to be made. RETAINER IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF INVOICE UPON which your order is confirmed and is not refundable, please read the invoice fully. Unpaid invoices will be canceled and the date is then opened to the next person requesting the date. Please note response time for inquiries can be up to 3 BUSINESS DAYS (but we try to reply as they come in) and we respond in the order they are received. The studio is offline SUNDAYS.

  • Reminder: Orders should be placed 2 weeks or more to ensure availability. Last minute orders (1 week or less) will be subject to a Rush Fee, IF the order is accepted.

    Our availability calendar is updated as often as possible to remove dates that are unavailable BUT can be up to every other week. Available dates are fluid as they're booked in order of receipt.

  • What Flavor would you like? Please note you may choose one flavor for each tier or dozen being ordered.*
  • Cake artists cannot make EXACT replicas without having the same information/tools/colors the original designer had and may slightly change your design and color shades based on your theme. We will advise of any significant or obvious changes needed in advance. Do you agree this is acceptable?*
  • If you would like treats added to your cake or cupcakes order, what treats are you interested in? (By the Dozen)
  • Will you require a Cake Tasting? (Starts at $25, only available for orders of 50 or more guests)
  • Will you need your cake delivered? (Delivery fee starts at $15 based on distance/items ordered)*

  • Please upload an inspirational picture of the style/design you are after. It can be an idea you have found on Google or a picture you may have drawn yourself.  The more ideas you are able to show us, the closer we can get to designing your perfect cake.

    Please note that we will use inspirational pictures to create something as similar as possible with our unique touch.

  • Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS DAYS for a response. If you agree to a quote provided by us, we will proceed with your order after it is booked per the booking policy below.

    BOOKING POLICY: Orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due in full on or before your event date.

    Once a quote is given and the invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours of receipt, the invoice and the order will be cancelled. If we have to re-create an invoice due to non-payment, a $10 administrative fee will be added.
