Trail Boss / Live Informal stressing the need to work together within the Chapter as well as jointly between Chapters to facilitate successful work parties and trail rides. Stressing good communication as well as exchanging ideas and swapping skills to get projects done. We will stress the need for good documentation. Areas we will cover will include: * Volunteer forms/agreement * Tailgate safety and JHA’s Communication as well as Emergency Evacuation Plans and Medical issues and First Aid Emphasis on planning and organization for work parties or trail rides as well as communication with the land manager before and after the project. Encouragement and help to answer questions the participants might have
