Certificates Required

C-Stop requires the following list of courses to be taken and certificates of completion submitted before applicants are added to our roster.  Please complete the following and upload your certificates of completion in the box below.

If you have additional certifications beyond the list below, please include them with the requested items.

1. OSHA :   “Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19 READY”
   • Sign up is free, but make sure to sign up before you take the class
     Est time to take: 3.5 hours
2. WHO :  “Emerging respiratory viruses, including COVID-19: methods for detection, prevention, response and control” . 
   • Sign up is free, estimated time: 90 minutes
3. Safe Sets :  "COVID-19 Level A"
   • Sign up is free, estimated time: 40 minutes 
   • Note: info about masks is outdated. They say a KN95 or respirator mask is not required but OSHA and CDC say it is.

In the future, we may require additional certification depending on your job role.  If you already have additional certifications you would like to present, please include them above.
