GENERAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
Organizations must submit a complete application packet including:
- Annual Membership Application
- A copy of the organizations Letter of Determination for 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit status
- Financial statements and budget of the organization for the most recent fiscal year
- Payment for 2023 CAPI membership dues*
Application packets and payment are received on a rolling basis to ensure the organization will be included in marketing materials.
Membership Marketing Benefits
CAPI marketing materials consists of posters, postcards, and different online listings and promotion.
Please note that only ONE (1) event per Pride organization will be listed on CAPI marketing material.
Two (2) or more Pride events in the same city or county, NOT produced by the same organization, may be listed on CAPI marketing material. Such events may fall on the same date.
CAPI membership fees do NOT cover any registration fees or any other expenses related to the CAPI Annual General Meeting (AGM). AGM fees are handled directly and set by the Pride committee hosting the AGM. This year expect an additional marketing piece to use while traveling to other Pride festivities.
