CAPI Annual Membership Application:

To apply for membership please complete all questions.
GENERAL APPLICATION INFORMATION

Organizations must submit a complete application packet including:
1. Annual Membership Application
2. A copy of the organizations Letter of Determination for 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit status
3. Financial statements and budget of the organization for the most recent fiscal year
4. Payment for 2023 CAPI membership dues*
Application packets and payment are received on a rolling basis to ensure the organization will be included in marketing materials.

Membership Marketing Benefits

CAPI marketing materials consists of posters, postcards, and different online listings and promotion.

Please note that only ONE (1) event per Pride organization will be listed on CAPI marketing material.

Two (2) or more Pride events in the same city or county, NOT produced by the same organization, may be listed on CAPI marketing material. Such events may fall on the same date.

CAPI membership fees do NOT cover any registration fees or any other expenses related to the CAPI Annual General Meeting (AGM). AGM fees are handled directly and set by the Pride committee hosting the AGM. This year expect an additional marketing piece to use while traveling to other Pride festivities.

Membership Dues
Membership dues for Not-for-Profit organizations are based on your organization’s gross annual income of your organization's previous fiscal year.

Eligibility and Guidelines for 2023 New & Renewal Membership
- We welcome any LGBTIA+ organization that produces Pride events for their greater community as one of its purposes or activities. Pride events may include a parade, march, rally, festival, arts festival, cultural activity, event or activity organized for people identifying as Lesbian, Gay Men, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and/or other emerging sexual identities.
- Current CAPI members must submit a COMPLETE Membership Application packet
- Membership valid only thru CAPI and applicable only to CAPI membership.
- This is an annual membership
New member and renewal application packets for 2023 CAPI members must be received by 12/31/2023 to ensure the organization will be included in marketing materials. Any application packets received AFTER 12/31/2023 will only be included in marketing materials that are able to be updated after the 12/31/2023 deadline. Incomplete applications or application packets are void.
