The York County Federation of Democratic Women offers three levels of membership:

Full Member: available to women who reside in York County registered to vote as Democrats,

Associate Member: available to women who reside outside of York County who are registered to vote as Democrats, and men who are registered to vote as Democrats,

Student Member: available to any person who has not attained voter registration age but wishes to become more knowledgeable about the Democratic Party and Democratic principles
