Grant Application
Thank you for your interest in The Hollyfield Foundation's grant program. Please fill out this Letter of Intent form to start the grant process. Letters of intent requesting $1,500 or less are typically handled as interim grants and are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your program is selected for potential funding, we will generally contact you within one week with further information concerning how to submit a formal grant application. Grant applications are due on or prior to April 30.
