TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By clicking the box below I am hereby stating that I have acknowledged and agree to the flowing terms and regulations as follows.
1.Process
Once the design is complete the customer is notified via email with a link and password to the proofing page. This page is the final process of ordering and allows the customer to see what will be applied to the garment before the manufacturing phase begins. This is done to ensure the customer's satisfaction before it's too late to go back and fix something that doesn't suit their liking. Once the design is finalized the item will be manufactured and shipped directly to the address provided by the customer. Normal ETA on purchased items is 7-10 business days but may take longer on the occasion of the delivery service experiencing a higher than normal volume of shipments. If the order isn't finalized within 48 hours reminders will be sent to the email address provided by the customer for up to 30 days and the order will be considered forfeit by the customer, no refund will be granted. In the event of this happening contact the company to explain your situation and courtesy measures may be taken by the company but are not guaranteed.
2. In the event of receiving defective or improper items the customer will be compensated with a replacement at no extra cost. The word defective in this sense means:
a. Item is either ripped or torn.
b. Item has a permanent stain.
c. Image on item shows signs of improper and or faulty application such as lines, areas skipped over and contorted portions that look different from the proof.
d. Image applied to the wrong area of the item.
Improper items in this sense means
a. A different item than what was approved in the finalization process.
b. A different size item than what was approved in the finalization process.
c. A different color item that what was approved in the finalization process.
In the event of one of these occurrences the customer will receive the proper item with the approved image applied to the proper area. You may not request a different image or a different size or style of shirt, everything must remain as it was at the time of the approval of the final proof.
3. All Custom Tees are made in a sanitary environment with all eco friendly materials tested and proven to be safe for human contact. In the event of an allergic breakout or rash resulting from your item, Optiq Vision Advanced Art Development nor any of its' affiliates are liable for such issues. If a situation like this occurs please contact the company as soon as possible and file a report. Be sure to take pictures of the inflammation(s) as they may be required for further analysis in determining the cause of the allergic reaction so measures can be taken to prevent future breakouts and inflammations.
4. Due to this product being one of a personalized nature all sales are final meaning no refunds will be given and no return items will be accepted. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure everything is in place and the proper size is selected. To be sure of such discrepancies double check the specs of your item and make sure all wording is spelled correctly in the final proof given before the manufacturing phase begins.
5. As the artist I retain full rights to any designs created and may utilize them as I see fit for promotional, marketing and or advertising purposes through any form of media. If you have concerns about this rule due to exposure of personal rights and or information please contact the human resources department to request the privacy of your material. If you do not contact the company with such issues it will be assumed that you agree with these terms and the use of the design will go as seen fit.
