What we need from you:
- Birds require a basic yearly avain health certificate
- Your pets food
- Treats if edible
- Bedding (Shavings, Newspaper, etc...)
- Litter
- Heat Lamps (If applicable)
- Cage/Aquarium
- Upon arrival, please leave your pet in the vehicle
- Come in and sign all the paper work
- A caregiver will meet you at your vehicle to help carry in your pet and all supplies
What we supply:

- Fruits & vegitables if you run out during stay (Cost of fruits & vegitables added to invoice)
- Loves & Cuddles

All BIRDS require an anual health check.

I understand that my bird will not be able to board without providing "UP TO DATE" records PRIOR to coming to Springbank Pet Resort.

In the event that my pet needs minor medical attention, I allow for Doctor Jeff Dand, owner and operator, to attend to their needs. Springbank Pet Resort will attempt to contact the owner or designated emergency contact in such an event. In the rare event that we cannot locate or contact you or your emergency contact, if your pet should require a trip to an emergency facility. SPR has permission to seek emergency medical assistance on my pet's behalf. SPR is not financially responsible for any fees accrued in this process of obtaining emergency medical attention.
