IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Full tuition fee of $135 is required to reserve space. This fee is non-refundable but Sunflower Farm credit is available if advised seven days before camp begins. (A $20 service charge applies) A $15 service fee applies should parents need to change sessions. Parents also have the option of sending a substitute child to fill in should your child choose not to attend/sick.
• $20 charge on all returned checks
• If extreme weather conditions demand that a day of summer camp be cancelled, you will be refunded 1/3 of camp fee for each day cancelled. However, cancellation will only occur due to extreme weather conditions. Light rain is acceptable. Funds will only be refunded if cancellation is determined on Sunflower Farm’s behalf. Cancellation calls, if necessary, will be made by 8:00 am the morning of your child’s camp.
