I understand that Southern Alberta Bible Camp requires a Criminal Record Check (CRC) to be done at my cost if I am accepted to serve as a volunteer at Southern Alberta Bible Camp. Upon my acceptance, I will promptly complete a CRC at my local police detachment to be submitted to Southern Alberta Bible Camp as well as fill out and return the attached staff waiver form. All things that I have communicated on this application form and are true to the best of my knowledge and I am committed to honesty and integrity throughout the application process.
