Attempt to make contact with customer within 60 minutes of a booking
Carry out off site estimates and digital imaging
Pick up and deliveries within 15km radius
Provide repair progress up dates
Complete estimates within 24hrs
Retain all dispalced parts for a period not less than 14 days
Provide a life time guarantee on all repairs
Provide a guarantee on all repairs while the customer is in possession of the vehicle
