Important Information

1) Mail Date: Allow 5 to 7 days from date materials are received by Mail Production. Inquiries regarding scheduling should be directed to 491-6142.

2) For complex mailings please send a sample to Mail Production @ 6011 Campus Delivery.

3) USPS Move Update and Address Verification documentation must accompany list if applicable.

4) All mailings should be scheduled with Mail Production one to two weeks in advance depending on the size and complexity of the mailing. If a rush job is required, a one-time $100 fee will be associated with the production request.
