Constant battle with time with work and family priorities
Work pressure and stress leaves me with less energy for the gym
Not really seeing results quick enough for me to want to carry on

kids hobbies take up most of my time away from work

Want to change and improve but feel there is no point committing to it because of my time and lack of energy when it comes to it.
I can find the time, I just don’t really have anything to follow that will keep me motivated and consistent.
Need to get a grip of improving overall physical health as my mental health is feeling effected.
