This page contains the terms & conditions for Brilliant Yard Cards. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold the reservation unless agreed to by owner of yard cards and patron.
DELIVERY: The yard sign will be delivered the evening before (7pm to 11pm) or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.
POLICY: All yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. Please provide code for gated community.
All signs remain property of Brilliant Yard Cards unless personal customization is made and agreed. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited and may be subject to the full retail price of the cards. It is strongly encouraged to take photos but please refrain from pulling, leaning or siting on the sign display.
Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Balloons should not be physically attached to the signs as the sun’s heat can melt directly onto the signs.
Brilliant Yard Cards reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 72 hours) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions: 1) Based on available inventory 2) Rush fee may apply 3) Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed
INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a credit for a future date will be honored.
REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
