    Vendor Agreement and Submission
  • This agreement dated as of    Pick a Date   is made between          ("hereinafter referred to as Vendor")   and Denton County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

    In exchange for the virtual vendor space at the 22nd Annual Women's Symposium on March 6, 2021.

    Vendor agrees to the following:

    1. Pay the vendor fee of $75.00 on or before February 1, 2021 .
    2. Submit a virtual ad via PDF or PowerPoint or a 15-second video commercial of their products.
    3. Provide all social media links and addresses for promotion.
    4. Display appropriate items for sale or service on virtual market place/mall.


    (DCAC reserves the right to ask any vendor to remove any items or information for services that is not considered appropriate). 

    DCAC agrees to the following:

    1. Display the vendor’s commercial or ad during the virtual Symposium. 
    2. Provide access to the vendor’s virtual mall for Symposium guests up to 24 hours’ post-event.
    3. List vendor in the digital program souvenir booklet online.
    4. List vendors in the closing credits of the Symposium.


    The parties agree that this contract can be canceled by either side upon written notice postmarked by February 1, 2021. Written notice will be considered delivered to the address or email address listed below. The parties agree that no request for refunds will be honored after the February 1, 2021 postmark date.  
     
    The parties further agree that in the event of cancellation of the Women’s Symposium for any reason, if the Women’s Symposium is not rescheduled, the vendor is entitled to a refund of half the vendor fee within 30 business days of the cancellation date.
