IU provides an instant online enrollment or degree verification certificate specifically for Bloomington housing providers. This certificate lists only your name and your enrollment dates and/or degree status.

Instant Enrollment/Degree Status Certificate for Housing Providers You can access the certificate online here: https://one.iu.edu/task/iub/get-enrollment-verification-certificate Once downloaded, please attach the certificate to this form below. Alternatively, you may complete an IU Exception Form, available here:https://transcript.iu.edu/verification/enrollment_verification_request_form_pdf.pdf Once completed, email it to verify@iu.edu. Indiana University will then send the verification of your enrollment and/or degree status directly to Connaught Properties LLC. When filling out the Exception Form: Select the option labeled "Enrollment/Dates of Attendance." Enter office@connaughtproperties.com as the recipient email address. Important: Please double-check the spelling of our email address to ensure we receive your verification.For International students: please attach a PDF copy of your I-20 form. If you need assistance, please contact IU International Student Services or email verify@indiana.edu to request that the documentation of your degree status/enrollment be sent directly to Connaught Properties LLC at office@connaughtproperties.com.
