PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS.
The following constitutes the Agreement of Ingenious Designs. Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Graphic Designer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.
Confidentiality*

The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client’s past, future, present, marketing plans and project information. The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential.Ingenious Designs reserves the right to use final artwork for display and/or promotional purposes.
Payments*

All projects require a 50% non-refundable downpayment prior to the start of any work. All balances must be paid upon completion before final files are delivered.All request for artwork must be placed at least 1 week in advance. Any project requested in less than a week would be considered a rush order and be charged a fee.
If Ingenious Designs fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Ingenious Designs, Ingenious Designs' liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.
