Thank you for registering for your trial lesson at Eastern Gymnastics Academy, Waterloo.
Please be advised of the following:

Full Term Payment will secure spot of your selected class.

Attending trial class does not secure your spot in the class till full payment is made (availability can be checked)

Term Fees covers 8 lessons per term - Week 3 to Week 10 (allowing 2 bonus lessons)

Only 1 trial is accepted per child.

Payment of full term fees is required after trial (No adjustments to the fees)

Term fees are only adjusted when commencing from Week 4
If you would like to use your 2021 Active Kids Voucher, please use the following link and upload your current Voucher.
Our office staff will manually register your child with the $100.00 Discount. Active Credit/Master Card will need to be provided. No need to register online.

RECREATION CLASS INFORMATION
TERM 1 2020 RECREATION CLASS REGISTRATION (no Voucher)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please make sure your child is dropped off with a bottle of water as we are not to supply students with any food or drinks due to COVID.
STUDENTS are to be dropped off at the front of the gym and picked up at the back of the gym (walk alongside the exterior wall of the gym)
SATURDAY KINDER GYM Class are to enter and exit Via the back door of the gym. Strollers are to be left outside along the wall.
NO SHOES are to be worn inside the gym from parents and students.
NO SCHOOL UNIFORMS to be worn to Class. Student MUST change pior to their class and not enter our facility with school uniform (includes school bag, school jackets, shoes and socks). Change rooms are not in use.
PARENTS must sign in on the arrival using the QR CODE on the front wall of the entrance of the gym and not stand in line with their child and other chilren.
Only parents in EGA TODDLER FREE PLAY & KINDER GYM are to line up with their children. EGA TODDLER FREE PLAY & KINDER GYM parents must wear a face mask in the line and in the our faciility with other children.
