This policy provides clarification of the rights and responsibilities Sugar Rhush ("we", "us" "our"), when conducting business with our clients ("you, your"). This shows our policy of our practice in dealing with your personal information in relation to data, when working with us. If you give us any personal information, we will deal with it according to this policy. When booking, please use the Sugar Request form so that your order is promptly answered. It is strongly recommended that you place orders two weeks in advanced, any order placed with an event date less than a week incurs a $50-$75 Rhush fee. When making a booking with us, through our request form; please note an invoice will be sent within 24 to 48 hours, a 50% deposit will be required.
Sugar Rhush does not assume any responsibility for the wrong items produced resulting from poor use of the Sugar Rhush request form or its services or information provided and you alone bear any damages or losses that may result from poor use of the form or its services or information provided therein.
Sugar Rhush is committed to serving your sweet tooth to the best of our ability, but we are all human and understand life happens.In the event of a catastrophe, tradgedy or natural disaster, clients are encouraged to contact us with postponement date. If a cancellation is requested, because of the above mentioned reasons, a full refund may be rendered at our discretion. A request for a cancellation because of other reasons will result in loss of deposit.
