Your consent
How will your video be used?
If your video is included in the project, it will be used in the World MS Day MS Connections campaign. This video may be shared in the following ways:

Websites: on www.worldmsday.org, www.msif.org/ and websites of other organisations in the MSIF movement

Social media: World MS Day and MSIF social channels and other organisations in the MSIF movement, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn channels

Campaign Video: posted online and made available to MS organisations

Newsletters: in the World MS Day and MSIF newsletters, and the newsletters of other MS organisations in the MSIF movement

Print and digital information materials: a still photo taken from your video may be used in World MS Day and MSIF materials such as articles, and reports.
- Conferences: on MSIF and MS organisation stands at conferences and global networking meetings
Conditions of use
- We will not use your personal image for any purposes other than those detailed above.
- While we will endeavour to include as many clips as we can in the final video, we cannot guarantee that all clips will be featured. We will try to ensure there is a fair balance across different regions.
- Your details will be kept confidential and we will not pass on the details recorded on this form to any other organisation without your permission.
- We will ensure that our use of your personal image complies with all requirements of all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements in force.
- Your consent for use of the image will continue with no time limit (unless you ask us to stop using it, which you can do at any time). However, most images are used for approximately five years, after which time they are moved into our image/video archive for possible future use. The images will be kept for as long as they are relevant and will be deleted when no longer needed. MSIF will retain the copyright for their use.
- You have the right to withdraw your permission for us to use the image at any time by contacting dpo@msif.org or on 0044 (0)20 7620 1911 (please note, we cannot withdraw images that have already been printed). This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by us before you withdraw your consent.
- We will record your name and consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and MSIF’s privacy policy.
