By enrolling at Novato Piano School you are agreeing to classroom policies listed below , a photo/video release for yourself and your family and all Terms of Service listed here.

Participation Policies
- Refund policy: 100% refund is available up to 48 hours prior to the class date. After this time, no refund is available. In the case of last minute illness, you can request to reschedule your trial class for a future date, or gift your trial class to a friend.
- Class cancellations: In the case of poor air quality, damp ground or rain, a reschedule date will be chosen and participants will be notified at 8:00 am on the morning of the cancelled class.
- Please bring a blanket to sit on and one small stuffed animal or baby doll. All other class items will be provided by the instructor.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Food, drinks and toys (& other "special items") are not allowed in the circle please leave these items in the car.
- Please do not attend class with any "extra" children (from a different family) this will not be permitted.
- Enrolled parents are responsible for communicating this information to anyone else bringing their child to class.
